Suites range in size, with the smallest professional office measuring 9’ x 13’ to a 700 sq ft dedicated space with private lobby and bathroom.
Our professional office suites range in size from 120 sq ft (9’3” x 13’) to 700 sq ft separate office space with private lobby and bathroom. Pricing includes access to common areas, conference room, break room, furnishings, professional live receptionist and high speed internet. Our base pricing depends on the size of the office suite and ranges from $1,500 to $3,000 plus additional add-on features as requested. Please call for specific pricing to fit your needs.
